Girl Scouts of Limberlost Council is holding a mass recruitment event on October 24, 2006 from 7-8 PM at the Boys and Girls Club of Huntington Co (608 E. State St, Huntington). Volunteers are needed to lead troops, assist with special events, or teach special skills to girls. If you are interested in helping to build girls of Courage, Confidence and Character don't miss this special informational meeting. We are in need of summer time volunteers. Starting May 30th we begin our summer programs. We will be offering programs like scrapbooking, cooking club, healthy smiles, Yu-gi-oh fan club, sports fan club, a healthy habits club, dance club, photography club, and much more . The club will be open Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 5:30pm. We need volunteers to come in and just mentor kids. You can volunteer as little as an hour a week or all week, it's entirely up to you!
